Best known to thousands for his role in Ken Loach’s film I, Daniel Blake, Geordie Gavin Webster is also famed and respected by his peers for his uncompromising and unusual approach, hard edged routines, quick-fire pastiche pieces, moronic jokes and sardonic songs. Gavin’s contributions to stand up over the last twenty years were recognised when he was voted 2014 Circuit Comedian Of The Year by fellow comedians and promoters.
Roger Monkhouse is a highly original and quirky performer. His trademark stage-prowling style and curious, inimitable manner have established him as one of the hottest names on the comedy circuit. Roger’s forte is delivering intelligent, thought provoking material that pulls no punches and is always incisive, relevant and up to date. Articulate, quick witted and spontaneous, if something’s in the news, Roger has a routine about it.
