Dukinfield RUFC have been taking our comedy night packages for around five years now and we’re back on Saturday 2nd July with another great line up;
Steve Royle holds the world record for balancing an ironing board on his foot. ‘Nuff said! Despite being a highly skilled juggler Steve never forgets the comedy and has a highly honed arsenal of one liners and routines suitable for any audience. Steve played to 200 000 people and earned £5 milion for Comic Relief alongside Peter Kay and Dave Spikey as part of 2015’s Phoenix Nights Live.

North London’s Philip Simon could well have made it as an actor with appearances in film, theatre and television. 
Now, we have no evidence for this, but it could well have been appearing as Daddy Pig and Danny Dog in the UK tour of Peppa Pig’s Party that made him concentrate on stand up. Despite being a relative newcomer to stand up his relaxed style, coupled with hilarious observations have been a winning combination with audiences across the world. 2015 saw him win both the Jewish Comedian of the Year and Kill for a Seat Comedian of the Year
