Comedy @ Stanton Manor Hotel
We’ll be delighted to be in Wiltshire on Friday 29th January when the Stanton Manor Hotel holds it’s comedy evening. As always, we have selected two very funny comedians who complement each other perfectly.
Pierre Hollins only ‘proper jobs’ were washing dishes in the House of Commons and teaching drama to the mentally ill. His relaxed amiability is defined by a compelling conversational style and occasional absurd guitar posturing. He covers topics from love and hate, to sex and politics with a totally original voice, delivering his material with charm and irrelevance.
‘Don’t miss this true professional at work. Bloody funny.’ Time Out
Steve Day is a truly unique comedian – warm, witty and engaging whilst dealing with the dilemmas of being a deaf man in a hearing world. His uplifting tales of overcoming the obstacles in his path will leave crowds inspired. For over a decade Steve has been performing to huge laughter around the country and abroad, well they tell him the laughter was huge to humour him, he doesn’t know either way.
“Day has moved up to the premier league of stand-up” The Stage
