Comedy @ Hollins Hall Marriott
Hollins Hall Marriott Hotel & Country Club hold their first comedy evening on Friday 14th October.
Nick Doody ‘s career as a stand-up got off to a pretty good start, when Bill Hicks asked him to support him on his final tour of the UK. Sharp and topical – he’s not afraid to say what he thinks; his brand of political comedy and satire has won him fans all over the country…in fact all over Twitter as well, where he’s polled as one of the influential names in British comedy.
“I love Nick Doody”. The Independent
Archie Kelly is best known for his comic portrayal of Kenny “Dalglish” Senior in the award winning Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights. However, it is a live performer that Archie excels. He continues to act and perform regular stand-up and is in much demand on the corporate circuit. A cheeky, inoffensive and highly interactive style has endeared him to audiences both here and overseas. “Funniest thing I’ve seen in ages.” Peter Kay
Warrington’s Ray Peacock is best known for The Gamble & Peacock Podcast but he’s also much in demand as a TV warm up man and one of the best comperes in the business. The show comes complete with one act yet to be confirmed. £12.50 with tickets on sale soon. Starts 8pm prompt. Very strong language, All acts subject to change.
Why not make a night of it and dine in one of our two restaurants before the show?
