Comedy @ Cheshire County Sports
Cheshire County Sports Club have asked us back to produce their second comedy night on Saturday 22nd April with a hand picked selection of hilarious comedians;
Duncan Oakley powers out a deft blend of stupidity and truly impressive musicianship with hilarious results. An easy confidence and good natured banter make him a regular at all the best venues. Lesser musical comedians hide behind their guitars and use them as a shield but Duncan’s is definitely a sword as audiences who have been slain with laughter will gladly testify!
“Leaping between stupidity and pure brilliance” Yorkshire Evening Post
“Punchlines come at a heckler-proof rate” Chortle
Steve Day is a truly unique comedian – warm, witty and engaging whilst dealing with the dilemmas of being a deaf man in a hearing world. For the past eleven years Steve has been performing to huge laughter around the country and abroad, well they tell him the laughter was huge to humour him, he doesn’t know either way.
“Funny and moving” Sunday Times Pick Of The Week “Brilliant and endearing” Time Out
