Cheshire County Sports Club hold their first ever comedy night on Saturday 8th October with a hand picked selection of hilarious comedians;

    Archie Kelly is best known for his comic portrayal of Kenny “Dalglish” Senior in the award winning Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights. However, it is a live performer that Archie excels. He continues to act and perform regular stand-up and is in much demand on the corporate circuit. A cheeky, inoffensive and highly interactive style has endeared him to audiences both here and overseas.

North London’s Philip Simon was an actor with appearances in film, theatre and television. Now, we have no evidence for this, but it could well have been appearing as Daddy Pig and Danny Dog in the UK tour of Peppa Pig’s Party that made him concentrate on stand up. Despite being a relative newcomer his relaxed style, coupled with hilarious observations have been a winning combination with audiences across the world. 2015 saw him win both the Jewish Comedian of the Year and Kill for a Seat Comedian of the Year
