Friday 6th November Chorlton

MC Justin Moorhouse introduces another two great acts both at Chorlton Irish Club for the very first time ..

markus birdmanMarkus Birdman’s played every toilet from Berlin to Sydney, from Glastonbury to the Globe Theatre, you must have seen him somewhere. If not then come witness his tall-tales of shooting puffins, Korean lullabies, tickling Germans, how to remove a python from your foot, and a superb joke about rabbis.

‘Made me laugh so hard it hurt.’ BBC

Dubliner John Lynn’s easy going laid back delivery makes him an instant hit with audiences. John LynnLynn is like Tommy Tiernan played at the wrong speed: relaxed in his incredulity at his domestic situation rather than ranting and raving at it. Other times he might be a bit too laid-back for his own good, suggesting that even though he’s one of Ireland’s fastest-rising stars, there could still be more to come..

“A very amusing and cynical observer” Irish Times
